Please supervise your pet at all times whilst they are playing with their bestie's or using any of our accessories. As always you should check your dog products regularly for any signs of wear and tear for the safety of your dog.
Some of our products are handmade so colors of fabrics and sizing may vary ever so slightly.
It is the owners responsibility to determine the suitability of the product for their pet.

Shipping
Items will be sent via Royal mail 2nd class, as standard delivery. (Unless you choose otherwise) Please note this doesn't include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched you will then receive an email to let you know that your order is on it's way.
Should you wish for your order to be tracked, then please choose the Royal Mail Tracked option. Once your order has been dispatched, you will then receive an email to let you know that your order is on its way, along with your tracking number.
Unfortunately delayed deliveries and lost orders are out of our control and we do not take responsibility for these. We would suggest using a tracking method to ensure you can keep track of your order.
Please also take into account the Royal Mail strikes that are happening at the moment. For any inquiries regarding your order please contact Royal Mail.
Returns and refunds
Unfortunately due to the products being personalised, I am unable to accept returns unless the item itself is faulty. Therefore it is incredibly important that when entering your personalisation requirements that spellings are correct. Please triple check and check again that you enter the correct information as this is what will get printed.
Refunds on faulty items will be processed once the items have been received. Unfortunately shipping costs will not be funded, as this is the also buyers responsibility.
